We’re totally pro-weed legalization here at Kush and OJ, but when people make suspect moves we don’t hesitate to call them out. Setting up shop in the basement of a day care center definitely falls under the suspect moves category.

BAINBRIDGE, N.Y. — New York state police say the owner of a Bainbridge day care had her license suspended after marijuana plants were discovered in the basement of her building.

Troopers say the plants were discovered earlier this week after a surprise inspection from day care enforcement officers at the state children’s welfare office to the Stephanie Emerson’s home.

Investigators said plants were found in the basement and backyard. They also found a shotgun and processed pot. State troopers say resident James Spinella has been arrested on charges of growing and possessing the drugs. No criminal charges were filed against Emerson.

Troopers had no information on how long Emerson had operated the facility at her home, or how many children were being served. It wasn’t clear if the two had lawyers.

that picture there isn’t what happened at all. Yea thats terible having pot in a daycare (i don’t agree with it). I live in Bainbrigde, and kids don’t dress like that. We’re prefectly normal, just cuse you never heard of Bainbrigde, NY doesn’t mean its a poor polish comunity. And also they would never have given those drugs that they baby-sat. That photo is misleading.
